• First of all open the home page of the official site of Exchange www.exchange.cg.nic.in
• Then, click on the link of ‘Candidate Registration’ located in the home page.
• In the next page, State, District and ‘Exchange Office’ name has to be selected.
• Now, enter the Captcha code and click on “Submit”.

• Fill in ‘Personal’ and ‘Address’ details and upload the photo. After this click on “Next”.
• After this ‘User Name’ and ‘Password’ will appear. Note it down.
• Then, click on “Click Here to go further”.
• Education Qualification details have to be filled correctly.
• If there is any skill degree, fill it also. Then, fill the language in Language Details.
• If you have additional information, you can fill it.
• Enter Caste Details correctly. General category applicants will not have to fill these details.
• Enter Willingness Details. Next, definitely take a print out of the application.

Note: Once the application is complete, the applicant should go to the employment office with all his documents. Which will give you an N.C.O code.
