If any citizen or institution of the state wants to get development work done in any municipal body like building classrooms in school colleges, development related to smart class, building community hall or marriage hall, skin center etc. then they will have to pay 60% of the total cost and the remaining 40 percent amount will be provided by the government. Under this scheme, the names of the persons and institutions contributing will be written on the stone plaque of the building or infrastructure facility. This will speed up the development work.A

Purpose of Mathrubhumi Arpan Yojana
The main objective of starting the Bhoomi Arpan Yojana by the Uttar Pradesh government is to facilitate the people of the state in the development work of the city according to their convenience so that people can contribute to the construction work according to their convenience because a large number of people of Uttar Pradesh live abroad and in other states, in which many people also wanted to contribute to the development work of their city.
