Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana 2024

Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana has been started by Bihar Government to connect all the blocks with the district headquarters through bus service. Through this scheme, beneficiaries will be given a grant of Rs 5 lakh on the purchase of a bus. A new guideline has been prepared by the Transport Department regarding this scheme. Recently, Nitish cabinet had given green signal to the Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana. And now a notification has been issued regarding this scheme. This scheme will be operated by Bihar government till the year 2025-26. Through the Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana, direct bus service will be available from every block to the district headquarters.

Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana has been started by Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Through this scheme, grants will be given to the beneficiaries for the purchase of buses in the remaining 496 blocks except the district headquarters blocks. Under this scheme, 7 people per block will be given the benefit of the scheme. Under the Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana, selected beneficiaries will get a grant of up to Rs 5 lakh on the purchase of a bus. After purchasing the bus, the grant amount will be paid directly into the beneficiary’s bank account through DBT. Under this scheme, block wise and category wise priority list will be prepared for the selection of beneficiaries.

To avail the benefits of this scheme you will have to apply online. This scheme will be operated by Bihar Transport Department till the year 2026. The commencement of bus service from the blocks to the district headquarters will provide a lot of convenience to the people.

For this reason, the Bihar government has launched the Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana, under which all of you can buy a vehicle of your own and take a step towards expanding your business as well as increasing your economic development.

Benefits of Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana

Under Bihar Prakhand Parivahan Yojana, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes can complete the employment application.
You will be provided 50% subsidy by the government on any vehicle, apart from this any other financial assistance will also be provided by the government.
8405 gram panchayats have been included under this scheme.
About 42025 youth will be provided benefits under this scheme.
Under Bihar Chief Minister Transport Scheme, the age of the applicant should be more than 21 years.
Economically weaker sections can take advantage of this project.
Five eligible applicants from each Panchayat will be selected for this scheme.
To avail the benefits of the scheme, the applicant will have to provide proof of educational qualification.
The applicant should not already have any commercial vehicle available.
Unemployed people can get employment under this scheme.

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana

To avail the benefits of Bihar Mukhyamantri Prakhand Parivahan Yojana, the age of the applicant should be more than 18 years.
Citizens of general category, scheduled caste, extremely backward class, backward class and minority community will be eligible for this scheme.
The applicant must have a driving license.
The candidate should not work as a driver in any government bus.
The applicant’s bank account should be linked to Aadhar card.
