CG Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana has been launched by the Government of Chhattisgarh. Through this scheme, financial assistance will be provided to women construction workers in the event of maternity. This financial assistance will be of ₹ 10000. Under this scheme, the amount of financial assistance will be provided in 3 installments. The first installment will be provided in the first trimester of pregnancy. Which will be ₹ 3000, the second installment will be provided in the second trimester of pregnancy, which will be ₹ 3000. The third installment will be provided after the birth of the child, which will be of ₹ 4000.

Only those building and other construction workers will be given the benefit of Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana, who is a female or male beneficiary registered under Section 12 of the Act and according to Section 13 of the Act, 1 year before the date of the scheme application, the beneficiary is holding the identity card. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the first two children only. In case the female laborer dies during the presentation, the Maternity Assistance Scheme will be paid to the husband of the woman. The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to women building and other construction workers in case of maternity. This financial assistance will be of ₹ 10000. Apart from this, Chhattisgarh Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana will also ensure better nutrition for the pregnant woman. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to the first two children only. Chhattisgarh Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana has been launched by the Government of Chhattisgarh.

Eligibility of Chhattisgarh Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana

Applicant should be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.
It is mandatory for a female laborer to have full registration as a construction worker for 1 year.
The wife of construction workers working in public and government institutions will not be provided the benefit of maternity assistance scheme.
The benefit of this scheme will not be provided to the construction serial cars who do not have a valid membership of the board.
The benefit of this scheme will be provided only up to the first two children.

Important information related to Chhattisgarh Bhagini Prasuti Sahayata Yojana

The application will be accepted only for 90 days after the birth of the child.
The application has to be submitted to the labor office of the concerned area jurisdiction.
To get the benefit of the scheme, it is mandatory to submit the birth certificate of the child.
Apart from this, it is also mandatory to submit the scanned copy of the registration certificate.
The scheme will be resolved within 30 days after the receipt of the application.
While applying online, it is necessary to enter bank passbook details and own mobile number.
The applicant will have to submit a self-declaration form in which it is mandatory to mention the name of the surviving child, his age, gender and the serial number of the child for whom the application is being made.
