Assistance to SHGs as part of PM FME Scheme

• Self Help Group members will get initial capital up to Rs. 40,000 for purchasing machines from PMFME scheme.
• Members of SHGs involved in the food processing industry are entitled to receive 35 per cent of the credit linked capital subsidy subject to a maximum of Rs 10 lakh.
• Capital investment of SHG federation can also get 35 percent subsidy through credit linked grant.

The meals processing ministry by means of the Atma Nirbhar Abhiyan venture will give Rs. 4,30,51,096 as seed capital fund to 1440 Kudumbasree models in Kerala.
